GATE 2018 Application Form Correction

Just by logging into GOAPS account using your enrolment ID the and payment of a fees of 400 rupees all the aspirants can easily make amendment to their application forms. All the small changes like name, parents name, date of birth, etc. can be done after paying the fees but for changing of gender aspirant will have to pay a sum of 750 Rupees.

GATE 2018 Important Dates

Last date for registration is 9th of October 2017. Final date for amendments is 28th of October 2017. From 5th January onwards the admit cards can be downloaded. On 3rd, 4th,10th & 11th of February the examination will be conducted. The answer key will be available on third week of February and on 17th of March the results will be declared.

GATE 2018 Examination Pattern

The examination will be conducted online. Duration will be 3 hours. The total number of questions will be 65 and 10 questions will be from general knowledge section. All the questions will be of either MCQ or Numerical Answer Type {NAT}. The overall paper will be of 100 marks.

GATE 2018 Application Form

From January 5 onwards the admit card of GATE 2018 will be available for download it will end on February 11, 2018. All the aspirants are advised to take out 2 hard copies of their admit cards and its mandatory to bring the admit card on the date of the examination. Actually the admit card in any examination is the most important document.

GATE 2018 Eligibility Criteria

The aspirants who will sit in the examination are not only from India but from other countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Ethiopia and UAE. The aspirants will have done M.E or M.Sc from a recognized university. Final year aspirants can also apply. No fixed age limit is there. There is no specified minimum pass percentage.
