WBJEE – West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam

WBJEE Exam 2018, As per the notification released by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) on April 22, 2018. The WBJEE 2018 written examination will be organised. Via WBJEE all the eligible and interested aspirants will get colleges from among 104 different colleges. All the aspirants who want to do engineering can apply for this examination as if someone wants a college then also. For appearing in the examination the aspirants will have to register their names via online mode through official website some registration fees will also be charged. On the date of the examination all the aspirants are supposed to come along with their admit cards. WBJEE Exam Important Dates

The application forms will be available from 19th of December 2017 and the final date will be after exactly one month i.e. 19th January 2018. From April 12th 2018 the admit cards will be available for download. The examination is on 22nd April 2018 the 1st paper of Mathematics and the 2nd Paper will be of Physics and Chemistry. The answer key will release in the 3rd week of May 2018 and the declaration of the result will be on first week of June. At last the counseling session will begin on second week of June to third week of July.

WBJEE Exam Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must be the citizen of India. There is no upper age limit for this examination but the lower age limit that has been decided by the officials is 17 years. Aspirants should have passed their 10+2 examination with at least 455 marks in 3 subjects that are Physics, Mathematics along with any one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Computer Application as compulsory subjects. For the reserved category the percentage falls down to 40%.

The application form is to be filled in a proper manner first of all the online registration has to be done via official website. After that the application form should be filled be carefully. Then all the necessary documents and your photograph along with your signature have to be scanned and uploaded. After that the online payment of fees should be done. At last take out at least 2 print out of your filled application form.

WBJEE Exam Pattern

The examination will be a written examination. All the questions will be of MCQ type. In the section of Mathematics 75 questions will come whereas in physics 40 and in chemistry 40 questions you will have to face. The paper will be of 200 marks and total questions will be 155.
