{DMER} Directorate of Medical Education and Research Maharashtra MBBS Admission 2018

Maharashtra MBBS Application forms are being released by the DMER. On the basis of the performance of the aspirants in NEET 2018 scores the admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes in government and private universities across Maharashtra state will be done. A separate entrance examination will not be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Government of Maharashtra. Thus, on the basis of the NEET scores admissions to 1738 MBBS and 219 BDS seats in government medical colleges along with around 3,000 seats in private universities will be provided. All the interested and eligible aspirants who want to register for Maharashtra MBBS BDS admissions 2018 are advised to go through this below written article.

MBBS BDS Maharashtra 2018 Application Procedure

  • Carefully fill up the details of the application.
  • Uploading scanned copy of photograph and signature.
  • Downloading and taking printout of Bank Challan.
  • Fee deposit along with bank charges {1000+60} at SBI.
  • Taking print out of the payment receipt and the filled up application form.

MBBS BDS Maharashtra 2018 Eligibility Criteria

  • Only the aspirants who are born on or before December 31, 1999 are eligible.
  • Submission of a medical certificate is a must.
  • With English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as major subject the aspirant must have completed his/her 10+2.
  • Unreserved category aspirants must have secured 50% marks in 10+2 whereas the reserved category aspirants must have secured 40% in 10+2.
  • PWD general aspirants must have 45% in their 10+2 examination.
